Hi Ali,
If your JTAG signal voltage and bandwidth is within the recommended operating conditions, then SN74CB3Q3253 can work.
Do you need 2 channels or 4 channels for your application?
Here is a list of devices you can further look at in the device search tool that support JTAG signals.

Hi Saminah,
Actually, I need 3 channel for TMS,TDI,TDO,TCK signals.
I'm using 3 devices have JTAG port. (IMX8 , STM32 , CPLD)
Our JTAG signals in 3V3 level.
But, Triple /or Quad channel 1:4 switch doesn't exist in TI products.
I think I can use 4 pieces 1:4 switch seperately. For example; may be chosen 4 x TMUX1511
I'd like to ask a question about TMUX1511;
One side of TMUX1511 have to connect together (seen picture below). Is it a problem? Can be connected to each other (like common node)?
Thanks for you help.
Ali
Hi Ali,
The TMUX1511 is a good part but from the block diagram you shared, i would recommend using a solution with minimum number of ICs:

Hi Saminah,
Many thanks for your recommendation.
TMUX1309 is more suitable for me but I think, it isn't in sale. It seems "preview" in TI product.
I couldn't find it common component distributors like digikey or mouser.
So, focused to another IC.
Maybe, TS3A5017 (1:4 Dual Ch.) seems suitable. BW is 165MHZ in 3.3V
Many JTAG devices has 100MHz jtag max. clock freq. I can find smaller footprint (UQFN 2.6x1.8mm) in stock.
TS3A5017 should be sufficient.
Regards.
