Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. Your buck converter requirements are very challenging. The maximum BVDSS for TI FETs is 100V. We do not make any silicon devices with a higher voltage rating than 100V. Because you need enough margin to avoid exceeding BVDSS and avalanche of the FETs, we really do not have any silicon FETs that will work for 100V input synchronous buck converter. The highest input voltage our FETs can support is about 80V. The link below is for a synchronous buck FET selection tool that you may find useful.
