I found Ron of TS5A3159 is smaller than TS5A3159.

- Is the material of bonding wire same?

    Thank you for your question. Here is a high-level comparison of TS5A3159A and TS5A3159. As you can see, TS5A3159A is available in an additional package (DSBGA) and has the powered-off protection feature. This feature offers protection for the device when the device is powered-down. There is no information available on the bond wire material for these devices.
