CD74HCT4067-Q1: Total leakage current

We don't have information on the leakage current for this exact situation but It can be approximated using the max leakage given in the datasheet for the conditions in which the Vcc and \E are 0.5V higher. Since the enable pin is being driven to the rail of the supply in both cases and the difference is only 0.5V, you can expect to see similar results.
