    I've taken a look and the layout checks out with the only comment being that the R527 resistor can be DNI as well. There isn't a need for a pulldown resistor on the Enable since there is an internal pulldown on the TMUX1574 logic pins.

    Other than that everything looks fine. With 3V Vdd the device can handle up to 6 volts through the I/O so that should work fine for SPI signals, which I believe at 3.3V. In case I've missed the voltage level, just make sure to note that the powered-off protection (isolation when Vdd<1.5V) only goes up to 3.6V on the signal paths.

    Thank you for reply.

    3V is measured 3.296Vdc. Is it OK?

    And, "/EN" is internal pulldown to GND, so it is not need to external pull-down resistor to GND. is it right?
