    Hi Cedrick,

    Thanks for posting to E2E. Calculating max junction temp is a Frequently Asked Question. Take a look at this E2E FAQ:

    It is best if you use the RθJA value as a way to compare parts versus using Tjmax since the customer’s system PCB design will highly influence this number.

    You can use the formula: Tjmax= Ambient Tempmax + Pmax(RθJA), or use the calculator in the above link.
