Hello,
Thanks for your question.
HTOL is used to determine the reliability of a device at high temperature while under operating conditions. The test is usually run over an extended period of time according to the JESD22-A108 standard. Click here to read more about TI's reliability testing.
Best regards,
Kate
Hi,
Nice to get your feedback.
The customer's question is what is the test supply condition to get the test result of HTOL above, 3.3V or 3.6V or something else, or any voltage within the spec?

Hello,
I can confirm that this device was tested to the industry standard (JESD22-A108) which runs HTOL with Vcc = Max operating voltage.
Best regards,
Kate
