Hi Team,

Can you please provide the maximum allowed junction temperature of TS3L4892RHHR? The same is not available in the datasheet.

    The thermal information is not currently available in the datasheet for TS3L4892. I will reach out to our packaging team to request thermal data for this device. The expected timeline for such requests may take up to 2 weeks. I will reach out on this thread with any updates and I will hopefully have the information available for you soon.

    I appreciate your patience. As I continue to wait for confirmation from the packaging team, I can share with you the thermal information for this package (36-RHH), referenced from another device. As this information pertains to the package itself, the thermal metrics for TS3L4892RHHR will be the same.
