We are facing multiple failure Issue with a TI part SN74CB3Q3305.
The Part is failing frequently .
And in addition to that We have noticed that two SN74CB3Q3305 from the same board is having different Marking .
One is having the TI logo and other doesn’t have TI logo . The IC without TI logo is failed and returned from Customer.
