Hi Josef,
We do not have any compatible pin-to-pin devices with the ADG621BRMZ. Can you confirm if the application will need dual rail or single rail operation? Are there any other must have requirements for this device (low-RON, voltage range, etc.)?
Since we have no pin-to-pin solutions, any clarification on the application requirements will help me recommend an appropriate device.
Thanks!
Bryan
Dear Bryan,
I sent the request to Josef. It is not important to have a pin-to-pin compatible version. We need 2 channels but could use two single parts as well. R_on can be in the rang up to 20 Ohms, no Problem. We definitivly need dual supply min. +/-5VDC to switch a AC signal at max. 10KHz, +/-3Vp. It ins not important to have a pos. or neg control and we do not need separate controls if you recommend a dual swiches device. Switch on/off timing shall be faster than 100µs.

Hi Dieter,
Thanks for clearing things up. Given your requirements, I would recommend using the TMUX6212. This is a 4 channel, 1:1 mux, so you would need to GND 2 of the unused inputs. Operating range from +/-4.5V to +/-18V, typical RON of 2ohms, 100ns TON/TOFF, and bandwidth of 56MHz.
Let me know if this works.
Thanks!
Bryan
Dear Bryan,
TMUX6212 look quite as a good matching on my requirements. Putting two channels in parallel shall be no problem to get an even lower Ron?

Dieter
Hi Dieter,
You can certainly do that if you like. Just make sure to tie the correct outputs together as well.
Thanks!
Bryan
