TS5A3166: comparison

The main difference between these devices is that the TS5A3166 is a single channel, 1:1 switch, while the SN74LVC2G66 is a dual channel, 1:1 switch. So depending on how many inputs you need to switch between, one may be better than the other. Besides the channel count, the TS5A3166 differs from the SN74LVC2G66 as it has lower leakage current, RON, and supply current while the SN74LVC2G66 will have better specs in regards to bandwidth and on capacitance.

Hi Brian,

We do not have anything exactly like the TS5A3166 at 15V, however, we have some 2:1 muxes that can be used instead (just do not use one of the inputs). I would recommend the TMUX6219 for similar performance in this case.
