(1) Is the TINA-TI module of TS3USB221 provided?

(2) What is the difference of TS3USB221, TS3USB221A, TS3USB221E? The highest performance of the series is TS3USB221, right?

    (1) Is the TINA-TI module of TS3USB221 provided?

    There is a IBIS model and HSPICE model on TI.com in the TS3USB221 product page tools and software tab.   The TS3USB221 and TS3USB221E are very similar devices and should provide a comparable simulation result. 

    (2) What is the difference of TS3USB221, TS3USB221A, TS3USB221E?  

    See the table below of the differences.  The main differences are in the bandwidth performance and the enhanced ESD protection which are the main technical trade offs between these devices.
