In my I2C interface, master and slave has two different supply. Due to the pull up resistors in both master and slave end, causes some voltage in my slave pin when it powered off which leads to I/O failure in slave device.
To Isolate them, I planned to introduce a FET switch (SN74CBT3126) between master and slave. SN74CBT3126 has active high OE , so planned to connect the master supply to VCC and slave supply to EN pin. In this configuration switch will be active whenever the slave supply is there.
But my query is that, Is any internal pull-up is there in EN pin of SN74CBT3126 ?
