Is there an IBIS model available for the TS3DDR4000?
There is for the TS3DDR38112, but all recommendations are for using the new TS3DDR4000 instead of the "old" TS3DDR3812.

Thomas,
No, The TS3DDR4000 does not have an Input/output Buffer Information Specification (IBIS) model. The TS3DDR4000 is an unbuffered pass FET so we recently decided it did not make sense to create a buffer information model since the signal path is not buffered. However, we do have s-parameter models you can find in this E2E post below.
An ideal model of the signal path will be a 0 ohm short but in practice there is a series resistance (Ron) and an input capacitance (Con) to ground on the signal path. These parasitics are provided in the electrical specifications in the datasheet.
Thank you,
Adam
Hi Adam,
Thank you very much for the link to the S-parameters.
I see what you mean, I just asked because IBIS models are available for other analogue switches. I'll see if I can figure out how to use the S-parameters instead, it should be possible.
