SN74CBTLV1G125: case to junction thermal resistance not given in the datasheet

1) You may calculate the maximum junction temperature for a signal switch Tj(max) by following the calculation in this post. 

2) I do not know what Tc(max) is but I'm going to guess that it is the maximum case temperature?  We do not have a specifications specificially for the case but we can infer that the max ambient temperature rating 85 deg will be the temperature the case of the IC will see.  Also if the device is unpowered, the max storage temperature is 150 deg C.  We can also infer that the max storage temperature will be seen by the case.   

3) I have submit a request to the thermal modeling team to provide the Rthjc for the DCK and DBV packages.  Please expect a result in 2 weeks.
