End user send information to us that they test TS5A22362 COM is connect to NC or NO when the audio source hasn't power on.
I see the part doesn't suggest com folat and NC ,NO float at design.
does the com connect to one output channel NC or NO as the part default mode or the part has no high resistense mode, the COM and NC, NO couldn't divide at same time.
The TS5A22362 switch state is not defined with Vcc = 0 V. If you would like to guarantee defined Hi-Z state when Vcc = 0 V you will need to select a device with powered off protection feature. You can tell if a switch has this feature by looking for a leakage spec with Vcc = 0V like the TS5A23159.
