CD4052B: about orderable Device part number. What is G4, E4, and G3?

hi,

    I want to select CD4052B's package is SOP(16) or TSSOP(16).

   But I find in datasheet, Orderable Device has more part number about CD4052B.

   what mean about this suffix like G4, E4, G3?

    The G4, E4, and G3 suffix means lead free and you can see more information in this e2e post I found.   

    What are you planning to use the CD4052B device for?  How did you come to select that device for your application?
