Part Number: TS3A24157

Hello E2E Team,

I am looking for a chip which allows me to use same UART port (RX & TX) for connecting two different peripherals.

A low cost & small size chip is preferable. My voltage levels are 1.8V to 5V compatible.

Regards

  • Devendra,

There are several 2-channel 2:1 switches that support 1.8 V and 5 V UART signals.

How did you arrive at the TS3A24157?  Were you able to use the switch selection tool on TI.com to optimize your search?

What do you think about the TS5A23157?

    Thank you,

    Adam
