For the frequency response of SN74LVC1G66, in our datasheet, there is only type value. show as below:

    

    Customer want to know the minimum value of the frequency response?

    Can you help to provide the it?

    Lacey,

    The frequency response of a passive FET switch is similar to a low pass filter.  The minimum frequency a signal switch will support is a DC signal.  The maximum frequency we put in the datasheet is the frequency that the insertion loss is -3dB below the insertion loss at DC. 

    What are you connecting to the signal switch that you are concerned with the minimum frequency?

    Do you have the specific frequency respond curve of this part(SN74LVC1G66)?

    For the signal, I will ask customer for the detail.

    Lacey,

    We do not have a frequency response curve for the SN74LVC1G66 but it will look like the low pass filter above with the -3dB point being 200-300MHz depending on the loading conditions.
