TS5MP645: Switch suitable for eMMC HS200/400 interfaces?

Part Number: TS5MP645

Is the TS5MP645 suitable for a 8x eMMC bus with 10 lines (CLK, CMD, 8x Data) running at HS200 1.8V?

Other than diff pair pin placement, it seems like a high speed analog mux. Anything I'm missing/limitations made to support MIPI ?

Thanks

Jonathan

  • Jonathan,

You are not missing anything. The TS5MP645 is a high speed analog mux and is agnostic to the protocol passing through it. This part was defined to cover the MIPI standard which is why it has the 10 channels and high bandwidth. Any signal may be used with device if it is within the recommended operating conditions.

    Thank you,
    Adam
