Hi team,

When switch NC to COM, we also measured NC signal with attenuation at NO pin;

When switch NO to COM, we also measured NO signal with attenuation at NC pin.

Did you see this before and do you have any comments?

    Yes, this is cross talk. You will always see crosstalk with any solid state FET switch.

    To determine if there is excessive cross talk we will need to compare the datasheet crosstalk and isolation specs and the waveforms measured.

    What is being connected to the switch?

    What type of signal are you passing through?

    It's connected to switch OSCs with 50MHz and 100MHz.

    Do you have scope shots for the NC, NO, and COM pins? 

    With 100MHz signal you can expect about -20dB of cross talk with this device. 

    What is the target crosstalk spec for you system?

    How is the crosstalk effecting your system?

    We have devices with better crosstalk performance like the TMUX136
