Hi does TI offer a enhance version of a   TS12A44515, The device needs to be a drop in replacement and possibly with fault protection (5v).

btw, bandwith is less of an issue but capacitance loading is

    JW,

    What are you connecting to the switch that you need low capacitance and 5V fault protection?

    Can you describe what you mean by fault protection?  Does the device need to turn off the signal path if there is 5 V, does it need to clamp the voltage to 5 V, etc.

    What package are you want to replace?  The ti.com switch selection tool allows you to look at all TI possible replacements.  I filtered the table for 1:1, 4-channel, and sorted on capacitance from smallest to largest.
