TMUX6111: Pass through switch for RS232 Signals

Hi

My Application :

Iam planing to use "TMUX6111" as pass through Switch for the RS232 Signals ? Is is okay

Can use Single Power supply  +12 Volt DC?

    K.Baskaran,

    You may power the TMUX6111 device with a single supply by setting Vss to 0V and Vdd any voltage between 10 and 33 V as stated in the recommended operating conditions.  However the voltages on the signal path S and D may not exceed the Vss and Vdd range.  Make sure your RS232 do not go negative when operating the TMUX6111 in single supply operation. 

    What is your RS232 voltage range?
