Hi , I can see this part in SOT23 flagged as "Available until stock is exhausted" in Farnell.

Could you confirm if there are plans to obsolete the SOT23 version ie TS5A3166DBVR in near future?

This device is not planned to be obsolete. You can check the status of the device by visiting the ti.com product page and select the order now tab. If the device was going to be obsolete, the status column would say: life buy, Not Recommended for New Design (NRND), or obsolete etc.

You may also check out our new TMUX devices which will be relevant for many years to come. The TMUX1101 is the newest 1:1 1-channel device.

Yes I saw the table just wanted to double check, that is great.
These new switches looks nice ( very good leakage) will certainly keep an eye on them .
