TS3A44159: TS3A44159 crosstalk

hi Team:

When com3-> NO3 is selected and  sends data through COM3, NC3 terminal also has signals,The waveform is shown below,How to solve this problem?I test different IC(TS3A44159), some ic have this problem, some IC don't have this problem?

    In the images you have above which wave is NC3 and which one is NO3?

    When you say you have some ICs with this problem and some with out the problem are you talking about different pieces of the TS3A44159? Do you have a scope shot of the device that does not have this problem?

    Are all the issues happening on the same PCB or different PCBs?
