SN74CB3Q3125: Interface with open drain/receiver circuit?

Hi Team,

I have a quick question our customer would like to clarify, can the SN74CB3Q3125 device be used to interface with an open drain driver/receiver circuit? Or does it only work with LVCMOS/LVTTL IO buffers?

    Jerry,

    The SN74CB3Q3125 is a passive FET switch like all of the TI switches so it will work with any TX or RX.  

    These devices don't have any internal pull up resistors or buffers to you will need to have externally on your signal path for open drain applications.
