TS5A4624: About Positive supply current

Part Number: TS5A4624

Hi,

Could you tell me about positive supply current?
Customer tested the consumption current under the following conditions.

When the voltage of V+ is higher than IN,
Positive supply current increases (2~3mA).
However, the current consumption follows the data sheet for the same voltage.

In the case of V+>IN, can you tell me why the current consumption increases?

Yusuke
  • Yusuke-san,

I found this thread searching for the term "positive supply current increase"

Let me know if this answers your question?

Why do you need your control input voltage not to be at the Vcc voltage level?  What are you connecting to the switch?

    Thank you,

    Adam
