Part Number: TS5A4624
We would need to know how TS5A4624 is working at +95 deg C. The max operating Temperature is specified at 85 deg C. How the characteristics are changed at +95? Can you specify a higher temperature where the device can operate at?
The TS5A4624 device is only rated for 85 deg C ambient so we cannot recommended operating this device above that temperature. You can use the ti.com switch search tool to filter for 2:1 SPDT, 1-channel, with >95 deg C rating. What do you think about using the TMUX1219?
You can look at the datasheet specs across temperature to see that the Ron, leakage currents, current consumption, and timing specs increase with temperature.
