SN74CB3Q3125: What is the difference between SN74CB3Q3125 and SN74CB3T3125?

Would  sn74cb3t3125 be a higher current allowance to sn74cb3q3125 ? What is the difference between the two?

    Hi Adam,

    The SN74CB3T3125 can support higher current through the switch (±128mA) vs the SN74CB3Q3125 which can support ±64mA.

    However, please note that the SN74CB3T devices are a level translation families of switches and multiplexers and do not always pass the signal directly to the output. What is the application you are using the device for?

    If you would like to have the signal path pass signals up to 5.5V and have no level translation - I would recommend the SN74CB3Q3125
