TMUX6111: TMUX6111 micro current channel switching

Part Number: TMUX6111

I am using the TMUX6111 as a current channel switch, usually a current signal of pA level or lower. The actual test found that when one channel was measured, the other two channels also had similar measured values. The following is my application circuit, and now has the following questions: 1. Is the current too small to be applicable? 2. If there is no problem with the current, what is the cause of the crosstalk of the switch? How to solve 3, what better application method?

  • Hi BinWin,

The TMUX611 can support the low input current.

Can you share some scope shots with the crosstalk you are seeing?

I also noticed you have a really large resistor (100G) at the input. This can also introduce some noise to your signal.

    Thanks

  • My measured value is obtained by AD acquisition after the op amp circuit. For example, the channel value in the test is 30V, and the other two channels have no input signal, and still display 22V and 8V. Turn off the measurement channel, the other two channels will still display a certain value of 9V and 5V, what is the cause?
