Part Number: TS3A4751
We have designed a board with “TS3A4751RUCR” and while testing observed abnormal power consumption of the device. The device VCC is connected to 3.3V and all the enable inputs IN1,IN2,IN3,IN4 are used. (attached the schematics for your reference). AS per the datasheet, the device consumption is expected to be around 0.75uA. but we observed “1.209mA”. Can you let me know what could be the reason for the increased power consumption and why the datasheet numbers doesnt match.
Thank you for your interest in TS3A4751. Can you share the voltage at the IN pins? Are they driven all the way to the rail?
Is the device operation under the recommended operating conditions highlighted in the datasheet?
We are glad that we were able to resolve this issue, and will now proceed to close this thread.
