there is a MUX requirement and the function is as I described below:
1. Logic chart
2. the SET PIN could be 0~12V.
3. the price should be as low as possible.

My best recommendation for a single 2:1 mux is TMUX1247, which supports supply voltage range of 1.08 - 5.5V and logic control input (SEL) of 0 - 5.5V. TMUX1247 features 1.8V logic and fail-safe logic.
I would like to point out that TMUX1247 and similar devices use the following truth table:

2. from the datasheet, the voltage range of SEL is -0.5V~6V. it seem that it can't undertake the 12V. would you have any idea for solve this?

TMUX6119 is a 2:1 mux that supports a positive supply voltage (VDD) of 5 - 16.5V and a digital input (SEL) pin voltage of 0V to VDD. TMUX6119 also includes an enable pin, allowing for a third state where both switches are OFF.
This is a good solution if your power supply is 12V or more.
