The IBIS model is available on the SN74LVC1G66 product folder page under Design & development here.

The DSF package pinout matches the DRY package pinout as shown in the datasheet.

The customer would like to check the transient output waveform when the input the signal by using IBIS model. Would it be possible to simulate?

Hi Yoshi,

It’s possible since the ibis model contains a series switch model but I wouldn’t recommend it. The parasitics of the switch itself wouldn’t be present and it wouldn’t give an accurate representation of the analog switch response.

I would instead recommend you use the hspice model that is also available for this device.
