Hi

SN74CBT3253CDBQR is used in customer, customer want to know the Junction temperature range Tj.

in datasheet, there is no this information.

could you provide it?

    Hi Max,

    Please see this FAQ on how to calculate the Junction temperature. 

    The DBQ package thermal impedance in the datasheet is 90 degC/W. Based on the details in the above link, the junction temperature for SN74CBT3253CDBQR is approximately 107C.

    I would recommend using our new TMUX1209 mux as an alternative to the SN74CBT3253C . The TMUX1209 supports upgraded rail-to-rail switching, 1.8-V logic support, smaller package options and –40°C to +125°C temperature rating and has junction temp of 150C.
