TS3A4751: Leakage current increase / decrease due to aging

Hi,

I use the ts3a4751 for a couple of aplications. These applications use very low voltages and I wonder how the leakage current of the ts3a4751 analog switch changes as the components age. I found a few documents on the web that indicate that leakage current will increase with aging. Now I want to know what the increase will be (percentage)? Does anyone have experience with leakage current?

Hi David,

Over the lifetime we expect the leakage current of the device to slightly decrease. Note, that these processes are dependent of the temperature and applied voltages. Any eventual changes of Ron over time are considered in the Min/Max values. In this case the Ron could increase to up to 2 Ohm at the end of it's lifetime if the device is operated within its recommended conditions.
