    Hi Mark,

    What is the application and end equipment for this device?

    I would like to recommend switching to a newer device, if possible. TMUX1101 is a great option with wider supply signal range, lower Ron and leakage current, 1.8V compatible control inputs, and fail-safe logic.

    If you need powered-off protection for your application, take a look at TS5A3167 which also has wider supply signal range, lower Ron and leakage current, with added powered-off protection.

    Both TMUX1101 and TS5A3167 have +/-2000V ESD HBM ratings.

    Thank you for responding. However, the customer wants to know the ESD rating of SN74CBTLV1G125 since they already started the design.

    Hi Mark,

    This part is an older device and does not have a specified ESD rating. However, engineering data indicates performance for the SOT-23 (DBV) package up to:

    HBM: 1500V

    CDM: 500V
