Is there a TMUX1104 or similar PSPICE model?

Hi Boyd,
We don't have a PSpice model for the TMUX1134 - The TMUX1119 (2:1, 1 channel) has a PSpice model available on the product folder, it has almost similar specs to the TMUX1134. You can run simulation for a single channel depending on what you are trying to simulate in your application.
What parameters are you interested in evaluating using the model? A simplified user model would be to simply implement a series resistor & loading capacitance based on the datasheet values.
Thanks
Saminah
Saminah,
I do not think you understand. I wanted a PSPICE model for the TMUX1104 not the TMUX1134. These are different internal configurations are you telling me that the TMUX1104 has the same spice model as the TMUX1119?
Hi Boyd,
They don't have similar models but performance is similar.
What parameters are you interested in evaluating using the model? A simplified user model would be to simply implement a series resistor & loading capacitance based on the datasheet values.
Is there anything specific you want to simulate with the model?
Thanks
