Hi team,

Good day.

Is the junction temperature Tj of SN74CB3Q3245RGYR is the same as the storage temperature which is 150°C?

    Hi Carlo,

    The max junction temperature for the device will exist at the max ambient temperature and the max power through the device.  Since the CB3Q are low power devices , you will also see that the max storage temperature is 150 deg C which is much higher than the junction temperature will rise during normal low power operation.

    Please see this FAQ posting on how to calculate the max junction temperature of a signal switch.

    I calculated 112 deg C for the max self heating under recommended operating conditions for the RGY package.
