TS5A23159: Difference between TS5A23159 and TS5A23160

Hi Team,

I'm not sure about the major difference between TS5A23159 and TS5A23160.

Are they P2P and BOM to BOM device?

And why TS5A23159 is cheaper than TS5A23160, I see 159 has higher BW and lower leakage current. The performance is better than 160. Only higher Rds(on)

    Hi Roy,

    Both parts are p2p compatible in VSSOP package.

    Besides the specs you highlighted in the above table, the TS5A23160. has low supply current  (0.001uA) compared to the TS5A23159  (0.01uA)
