Hi Steve,

TINA does not support IBIS or Hspice models.

Hspice is a Spice simulator – like TINA – but its syntax is different, and not compatible with TINA.

You can however us LT Spice to import unencrypted HSpice models.

Hi Steve,

We don't have a TINA model for this.

What are you trying to simulate with the model? I can help you if you have specific questions on the switch performance.

Hi Saminah,

i was doing a sim on the front end of a hot plug device I am working on. Just wanted to check the data control tie in to my power control. No biggie. Thanks for the reply.
