SN3257-Q1: Need to clarify the datasheet SCDS411B.pdf package info?

Hi Sir,

In page 1, its device information table showed it package is SOT-23-THIN, but page 27 packaging information show its package type is SOT-23-THN.

Can you help to clarify it that we need the information to apply our internal PN?

Hi Alpha,

The industry standard term is "SOT-23-THN" . "THN' is abbreviation for "THIN".

Since the Package outline drawing is manually created, we have flexibility to add "THIN" to make it more clear.

Hi Alpha,

The industry standard term is "SOT-23-THN" and that shows up on page 27 (its a direct pull from the database that stores industry standard terms).

The other places in the datasheet refer to "THIN" are entered manually to make it more clear.
