Can you help with some questions on TS12A4516:
Do you have any parts like this with higher current allowance - Can pass through 200mA?
1. Asymmetric supplies are okay for this part.
2. The propagation delay is determined by the Ron and the output capacitance of the Switch. This means that, roughly, the prop delay is apprx. the RC time constant. We define propagation delay as the time between the input of the switch reaching 50% value to the output of the switch reaching 50% value. When we reach 50% on the input we then measure how long it takes for the signal to reach 50% on the output. This is slightly less than one RC time constant (one time constant charges cap to ~ 63.2%). So this will depend on the load that the switch is connected to.
3.This part does not have powered off protection. This means that when VDD is disconnected the signals should not present at the I/O terminals of the switch.
