If you look at the leakage current specs in the datasheet and the test conditions you can use V=IR to estimate the off resistance.
V/I = R
Max test voltage / Max leakage current = Off resistance ~ 300MOhm @ 10nA
Off-isolation is the measurement OFF-state switch impedance. This is the ratio of VD1 to VS1 measured in dB at a specific frequency, with the corresponding channel in the OFF state.
A known signal is applied to the source pin of the OFF channel and the output voltage VOUT is measured. -72dB refers to above measurement for this switch.
