Customer would like to do the reliability review of this part. Could you offer the curve for ambient thermal  versus output current? thanks.

    Hi Brian,

    Thank you for your question. What do you mean by output current? The datasheet has two curves related to current and temperature, attached below. Figure 4 shows how leakage current is affected by temperature, Figure 8 shows how power-supply current is affected by temperature. Let me know if this is what you are looking for.

    Hi Brian,

    A plot like this is not available in the datasheet, the recommended operation conditions provide a guideline of conditions to follow for functional operation of the device. For data on how the device is expected to perform across certain conditions, please see section 6.13 beginning on page 10 of the datasheet.
