Hi Team
Would you advise whether below two devices includes
GaAs or not?
I could not find this clearly by Material content search on TI.COM
1, SN74CB3Q3125DGVR
2, SN74CB3Q3305DCUR
Thanks
best regards,
Shidara

Hi Shidara,
Thank you for your question.
I found these material content results:
These reports show in detail all materials in the package and device, the semiconductor device itself is made of doped silicon.
Let me know if this helps.
Best regards,
Kate
Hi Kate,
Thank you for your advice.
Let me double check that because of Doped Silicon,
Can we inform these device is not including GaAs, right?
Thanks
Best regards,
Shidara
Hi Shidara,
Let me check with the team and I will give you an update tomorrow.
Best regards,
Kate
Hi Shidara,
I appreciate your patience. As indicated by "doped Silicon" in the material report, the process technology for these devices uses a silicon substrate, rather than a compound semiconductor such as GaAs.
Best regards,
Kate
Hi Kate-san
Thanks for your update.
I understood these devices don't use a compound semiconductor such as GaAs.
Thanks
Best regards,
Shidara
