TS5MP646: What different from TS5MP646 and TS5MP646N?

Hi tem,

We saw there is different package information in datasheet but there is  no mention difference in datasheet.

So please advise what's different? 646 vs 646N

    Hi Paul,

    The actual device / part itself is exactly same between both the versions. The main difference is in the Tape and Reel dimensions including the packing box.

    The TS5MP646N version has narrow tape with smaller pitch vs TS5MP646. This is mainly to support customers who have different feeder requirement during the assembly process.

    Please see attached picture for difference in the dimensions. We are already working on fixing this in the datasheet.
