TS5A23157: Correlation report for the TS5A23157 IBIS model

Hi Sir,

Customer is using the TS5A23158 solution in their system and would like to ensure that the simulation model is correlated so that we can have high confidence level for the simulation result before implement this part into our design.

Could you please help to share the correlation report for the TS5A23157 IBIS model for my customer reference?

    Hi Anne,

    What are you trying to model with IBIS and  TS5A23157 ?  The IBIS model will  show the function of the logic pins and not be a good representation of the signal path. The signal path is pass FETs with out any buffering so buffer information model is not applicable to the signal path. Also, the parasitics of the switch itself wouldn’t be present and it wouldn’t give an accurate representation of the analog switch response.

    Is there something specific you want to model?  You can create a model using the datasheet parameters or we can help answer questions about the switch performance.
