TMUX6219-Q1: Can the TMUX6219-Q1 device handle pulses of 300mA for 1.5µs followed by 1mA for 30µs @ 15V DC

1. What temperature is the device being operated at? Higher temperatures can also degrade this so I want to make sure it is correct. Also to clarify you mean 15V DC as a single supply of 15V on the mux?

2. No - we don't have those curves available to share. Doing a linear interpolation based on the available data is a good ball park esitmation but it isn't going to be 100% accurate but it should give a decent idea. 

3. We currently do not have a SPICE model for this part.

Please let me know the temperature of the application so I can verify if this is going to be a problem in the application.

Hi Christian - I am so sorry about the delay. I am currently working with our design team to find an answer for you - because we haven't spec'd this per se so we are working with the designers to see if this a possible use case of this part. 

I hope to have an answer by the end of the week - as our designers are committed to a lot of other projects.
