I looked the datasheet and it was unmarked ADAS information,please tell me whether TS5A23157TDGSRQ1 can be used in ADAS application and ADAS products (QM/A/B/C/D) is QM?

The device is AEC-Q100 qualified and is used in many automotive applications included ADAS. This device will be Functional safety - Capable per below table and we are working on it.
