How much is the off state resistance of the switch (I will be using Port B)
a. When EN is low
b. When EN is high, SEL1, SEL2 = low

If you look at the leakage current specs in the datasheet and the test conditions you can use V=IR to estimate the off resistance.
V/I = R
Max test voltage / Max leakage current = Off resistance
3.6 V / 10uA = 360k ohms
This is expected to be similar in both your A and B cases stated above.
